Edward Mezer

President

I enter my 9th year as Managing Member of Piece by Piece Moving and Storage as well as my 15th glorious year in this industry. Originally from Arlington MA, I attended Colby College where I played football and one year of lacrosse. My lovely wife Sasha and I were married a bit over three years ago and she continues to put up with me despite all her better judgement. We welcomed our beautiful baby girl Alexandra to our family on 12/10/16. My heart could not be more full as I sit and write this message. I count myself as so very lucky to work alongside some of my best friends and people whom I respect. Most wonderful of all, I now have the pleasure of watching our families and business grow in tandem.

Dan Oliphant

Director of Sales and Marketing

Dan is enjoying his fifth year here at Piece By Piece and has again helped increase sales another 35% over last year. Beside his efforts at Piece by Piece, I have been privileged to watch Dan build his family here with his wonderful wife Liz, their 3 year old daughter Sophie, 1 year old boy Carlin, and English Bulldog Betty, who all reside in Reading. Dan and I played football at Colby College together, he went on to play a few years of professional football, and he brings the same work ethic and competitive drive to our Piece By Piece team.

Jacob Hart

Director of Operations

Jacob Hart is the keystone of Piece by Piece Moving. He is the best example of how Piece by Piece and an unparalleled work ethic is a perfect combination for success. Jacob joined PBP in 2012 as a mover. Despite a lackluster first day, he continued to learn and persevere. In the following years, he became one of the elite movers in the industry. These days, he is the person wholly responsible for staffing and operations overseeing a moving team of over 100 people. Jacob enjoys rising to the challenge and the unique problem solving needed in his role. The main focus for Jacob is the customer experience and setting the crews up for success. Personally, he currently resides in Easton with his wife and three children.

Jake Bradley

Director of Finance

Jake not only oversees both our Woburn and Easton warehouse operations, but now also manages all our storage billing and day to day accounting. Jake has been with us since 2009 and has graduated from mover to managing all our client’s storage logistics. Prior to joining the PBP team, Jake attended BC High, then graduated as an Economics major and All-Region football player at Merrimack College. Another high performing athlete whom we are happy to have on our team.

Tim Carbonneau

Outside Sales, Manager

Tim joined the Piece by Piece team during his last semester of College. The Wakefield Massachusetts native, Tim currently resides in Somerville. He also graduated from Stonehill College (’19), where he majored in finance, with a minor in communication. Tim also excelled in athletics and was a NE10 Honor Roll member throughout his time playing football at Stonehill. Piece By Piece continues its proud tradition of investing in dedicated, hard working individuals who take opportunities and find tremendous success. Over the last few years, Tim rises to every challenge and excels in his role as an outside salesperson.

Justin Reyes

Inside Sales and Business Development, Associate

Justin Reyes returns to the East Coast after spending the last few years out in sunny San Diego CA. Prior to joining PBP, Justin helped people find the perfect vehicle selling cars. His role here at Piece by Piece is building relationships to keep the phones ringing, and then answering those same phones once they do. Justin joined the team in March 2020, it’s been an interesting ride so far.

Kimmi Hershey

Inside Sales, Associate

Kimmi Hershey joined the Piece by Piece sales team in May 2021. Kimmi has a twenty year background in managing sales and service teams within the financial, automotive, home improvement and moving industries! This is not Kimmis 1st rodeo! She brings a little over two years of moving industry experience to the Piece By Piece table! Kimmi

works remotely for Piece By Piece as an Inside Sales Representative. Though she is remote, she prides herself on providing excellent customer experiences in fielding phone calls, providing over the phone estimates, and setting up in person estimates for her Sales team mates! She enjoys getting to know the customer base and looks forward to growing with Piece By Piece Movers!

Andre Tongo

Outside Sales, Vice President

Andre began his career as did most of us, managing and servicing our client’s moving projects. He steadily climbed his way up our proverbial corporate ladder and has been generating business through hard work and likability. Andre graduated from Stonehill College (’12), where he majored in criminology and psychology and also excelled on the basketball court. Following his college years, Dre continued his basketball career playing professionally in Ireland and France for 2 years. Dre shows us each day those qualities which made him a great athlete also make him an integral member of our Piece By Piece staff.

Junior Wilkinson

Warehouse Operations, Manager

Junior entered Piece by Piece through the acquisition of Mercury Moving and Storage Solutions. As a mover Junior honed his excellent customer service. Junior’s attention to detail and PBP’s growing storage business lead to a perfect opportunity. Now Junior oversees our Easton and Pembroke locations.

Keith Hileman

Woburn Operations, Manager

Keith joined us last year after what he describes as a lifetime in the moving industry. His father was a mover and Keith’s passion and enthusiasm shine through every day. It didn’t take long for us to recognize Keith’s talents and his ability to take on additional responsibility. When he is not zipping around our warehouses on his forklifts Keith is either in the gym or spending time with his 7 year old son Caleb.

Keven Doherty

Outside Sales Associate

Keven joined the Piece by Piece team in April 2021. For the past 16 years Keven worked for two of the larger, most reputable moving companies in the Boston area. He has literally seen it all! Keven is responsible for visiting potential clients to provide them with a thoughtful move plan and budget. Most importantly, he guides individuals before, during and after their move. He has the good fortune of raising his family in the same city he grew up, Lynnfield MA.
