A graduate of UMass Amherst, Dylan joined PBP as a college intern and has steadily grown into a key operational leader within the company. His progression reflects a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a clear ability to take ownership of complex responsibilities.

As Director of Storage, Dylan oversees all student and long-term storage operations, including billing, pricing, inventory management, and the coordination of storage moves coming in and out of PBP facilities. His role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.

In addition to storage, Dylan brings extensive operational experience across both local moving and van line interstate operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how the business functions as a whole.
