Mike Sumcizk joined the team in 2014, starting as a mover—funny enough, completing his very first move with Dan Oliphant. Since that day, Mike has grown with the company, taking on nearly every operational role along the way.

Over the years, he has served as a dispatcher, operations manager, and summer storage overseer, building a deep understanding of how the business runs day in and day out. He’s the kind of person who puts in the time when it’s required, no matter the role or the challenge.

Mike truly embodies our core value of Earn It Every Day, and today, as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees all company operations to ensure our teams are supported and our service standards remain consistently high.
