Samantha Bekkum joined the team following the acquisition of Rainbow Movers, bringing with her a unique background as a former teacher and a natural ability to organize, communicate, and lead. Those skills quickly proved invaluable as PBP integrated more deeply with the van line and began modernizing its systems.

Samantha has played a key role in onboarding and managing van line operations, leading interstate coordination, compliance, scheduling, claims support, and communication between drivers, crews, and national partners. She has also been at the forefront of implementing and updating new technology, helping the company operate more efficiently and scale with confidence.

As Director of Van Line Operations, Samantha oversees a growing team and an interstate department that has transformed the business. What was once just 10–15% of PBP’s work has evolved into a strong 50/50 balance between local and interstate moves—an expansion driven by her leadership, structure, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Samantha is a big fan of extremely bad movies, which may or may not explain her patience when navigating complex moves. Her steady leadership, adaptability, and commitment to getting it right make her a cornerstone of PBP’s continued growth.
