Mike Dewar has been a champion of PBP long before he officially joined the team. His relationship with Dan Oliphant dates back to Dan’s early days working at what was then Avalon Bear Hill in Waltham, where Mike was already driving business to Piece by Piece.
During his tenure at Avalon, Mike oversaw significant expansion, including opening and scaling multiple buildings throughout Boston. That experience proved invaluable as PBP grew to a size where Mike could bring his expertise directly into the organization and help guide its next phase of growth.
Within PBP, Mike has played a key role across several critical areas, beginning with claims resolution and human resources—responsibilities he continues to support to this day. His ability to see the business from both a client-facing and internal perspective allows him to solve problems pragmatically while keeping long-term growth in focus.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Mike leads the sales team, creates strategic marketing initiatives, reinforces business development efforts, and brand positioning. Mike’s commitment to building smart, scalable solutions make him an integral part of PBP’s leadership team.
